Looking for recommendations on a management company. We have a townhome (condo) on the west side of town (I-10 & BW-8) that we are looking to rent out. This is our first foray into rental property, so we're looking for some guidance. As much as I would love to go it alone, I just don't have the bandwidth currently for that. So any recommendations for a solid company would be appreciated.

While Jaime (RPR above) hasn't managed my property, he has helped me with loads of other stuff. He would be my first call if I was going to move away from self management

Typically 6 to 8% of gross but everything is dependent on the property, scope of services, etc.
