Does anyone have any insight into this? I always thought prefab homes = trailers after doing some research I know now that I was incorrect. I'm looking to build a 4 bed 2.5 bath home, so I'd be curious to get a cost comparison as well

I looked at some higher end modular home builders for a Colorado build and was very impressed with some of them. However, I didn't see a ton of cost savings vs traditional build in the end.
