I have an opportunity to acquire some properties to flip. I can acquire most of these properties at 70-80% of market value. Some just need some paint and updates. Others need more than an update. My family has vast experience in this arena.

I have some cash on hand, but not enough to acquire multiple properties. My goal is to not dip into retirement or investments. I have about 275K in equity of my current home. Financed at 3%. Definitely not worth a refinance.
