As the title reads, I'm looking for a good real estate attorney that will take the time to review deeds and restrictions on several tracts of land I own in Hays county. I've been through 4 attorneys and can't seem to find one that is willing to take the time to sift through some messy/poorly worded deed restrictions that I think have expired. The 2nd attorney was great, but he had a potential conflict with another larger client and had to hand me off to someone else who was very slow to respond. The 1st, 3rd, and 4th attorneys seem to be too busy with other issues to give mine much attention. My work doesn't have a deadline as it's not holding up any transfer or transaction, but I would still like it to be done in a reasonable amount of time.
