I'm not "needing" to sell my house but could possibly entertain the opportunity. I am in a full house remodel so it would definitely need to be a cash purchase. I am slowly working on the renovation but if I could recoup my money and be done with it then it could be worth selling.

I've seen the webuyhouses franchise and that is about the only one I know.

I'm not too serious yet, just trying to figure out locations to contact when timing is right.

Johnson county, South of Fort worth and house is on 6 acres.

As an investor, I almost always pay my realtor to list stuff on the MLS. No matter the condition.

The more buyers you reach, the better.

The "we buy houses" type of investors and the iBuyers are both going to give you about 75% of market value in the present state it's in (not market value as completed). It's only really worth it if you cannot sell it otherwise or need cash quickly (which some folks do and that's fine).

We'd love to help you sell it and maximize your proceeds via the MLS. Jack is our local Aggie expert in the DFW market and we charge just 1.5% for our FULL SERVICE representation of sellers. We've been sponsors on TexAgs for years and have helped hundreds of Aggies buy and sell across Texas. My contact info is in my profile.
