We have 2, maybe 3, rooms available for rent in our 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home in South College Station. Our son will begin looking for these roommates soon. Anyone have kids or know of someone looking, please message me. We do individual leases and I'm pretty sure our monthly rent will be tough to beat.

My son will be going to A&M in two years. What is the normal housing situation for freshmen? On campus or off?

Student choice. A&M does not require freshman to live on campus...some scholarships do however.
