How long do you want to ignore this user?
We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in stonewall ranch that's about to hit the market. It's 1826 square feet.

Just a block away from bill barton elementary and will be a couple minute drive to the new Costco under construction. With 183 an open all the way to hwy 29, the commuting dynamics are completely changed.

House still has some of the original builder grade appliances in it, but will have new paint and carpet throughout as well as a new microwave.

We plan on listing for $1,900/month but will do $1,800 for someone through Texags.

This is a legit good deal for a 4 bedroom home.

Do you think this will prompt more people to start moving to the area?

I have 3 acres zoned commercial in downtown Liberty Hill in a trust that was purchased by my great grandfather. It used to have a house on it but that was torn down a long time ago and the land has been vacant for decades now.

Yes, kindof. It will actually open up development north of Liberty hill as much or more than Liberty hill itself. Liberty hill has been booming for about 12 years. But new development right now within actual Liberty hill is extremely challenging due to utility and governance issues…which is causing development to begin to bypass to the north.

I'm very familiar with development in Liberty hill though if you are interested in someone taking a look at what you have.

Went ahead and listed it a few days ago. A couple interested parties, but pet situation was less than ideal.
