Id like to add some smart switches to my 2nd home. I want to be able to turn certain lights on and off, also set these switches to on an on/off program, remotely. Is there any such devices out there that can do both?

I'd recommend looking at Lutron Radio Ra3 for the switches. You can also get keypads that allow you to do scenes. All of this is controllable via app as well.

We have been happy with kasa switches and plugs. The only thing I wish they had in the app is a semi random setting. We had this at our old second home. You set the program and it would turn them off or on randomly inside a certain window of time that you set. It was kind of cool because it gave a better sense that someone was home.
I use Lutron Caseta switches for most fixtures.
If you use Alexa, in the app, there is an "away" routine (if it's still there) that will randomly turn any lights you set up with the routine on and off, I think it can even play sounds from any Echos you set up as well
Also, +1 on using the KASA, its nice with kids to just tell Alexa to turn off the house lights and every light goes off

Just got 12 Kasa smart plugs, they work great and are easy to program. I will say, it's taking a little bit of getting use to when it comes to turning on & off lamps --- I was in such a routine of walking around turning them on & off that it is taking some getting use to to whip out the phone to do it instead.
Been very happy w/ Govee. I started w/ their temp sensors and they have bulbs that can be programmed as well.
Have 2 bulbs on front and back porch. Very simple. They also have programmable plugs.
