Howdy, does the RE board have any recs for a Houston area commercial real estate broker? Looking for someone who is pretty experienced and has a lot of existing leads. We have an estate sale situation where the owner can feel pretty confident the property will be sold within the next 4-6 months at fair market value or at least close to it .
