A little random and I expect a bit of a longshot but with my second child about to head to A&M my wife(c/o '95) and I are considering purchasing something in the BCS area. Possible Aggie Shack scenario.

We have a 5 acre residential lot in North Tarrant Cty just east of Eagle Mountain Lake that we would use via sale or trade to make this happen.

I thought a message on Texags couldn't hurt in case that perfect scenario was lurking in these pages. I'm not looking for a realtor. I know plenty.
