Not what the suit was about, but it is pretty ****ty. Also probably not worth fighting about, the agent is doing crappy things, which probably means the owner will do crappy things or let the agent run everything (and we know how they act.)

Letting them be his buyers agent cost him nothing if he really wants the house. But as an agent and reasonable adult, I would say just move on and find something else that doesn't have red flags.

A friend of mine is trying to rent a house and when he contacted the listing agent they asked who the buyers agent was and when my friend said he doesn't have one the sellers agent sent him a contract to be his buyers agent and won't show him the house without him signing.
