The reason people didn't have all the information was because the original post told us hardly anything about the property. I would suggest the scarcity of information in the original post is the issue rather than the subsequent responses.

I provided the address, and there is a wealth of information online, pics, videos etc… The first comment said it's not priced to sell, when there had already $40k in total price reductions and priced the best in the subdivision! Then he jumps to a code violation. SMH. As you can see, ask a valid respectful answer and receive a valid respectful response. Pretty simple.

I will lose money on this property no matter how you look at it. It's not fun! Doing my best to minimize that loss and potentially give someone a more than fair deal on a nice property.

Edited: this property does have potential for short term or long term rental income, but I don't have the desire to pursue that. This property has never been rented so it does not have the normal wear and tear of others that have been.

Is what happened here is OP relied on people to Google his property and draw their own conclusions rather than provide information himself then got pissed when some of the info people found on their own was wrong?

To be fair there is a wealth of information available online and it's priced to sell.

I'm not pissed. I never was. But I am truly amazed at the number of complete jackasses on here that obviously don't have anything better to do with their time than spam this post. It's pathetic really. Post a question for me or post something that adds value or move along. Obviously, that is too much to ask…
