Does anyone have a recommendation for a good Property Tax Protest Firm for homes in Brazos County?

My family has good luck with TexasTaxProtest.com in Collin County. I am not sure if they do much in BCS though.

I get flyers in the mail in Bryan for OWNWELL, but I dont know anything about them.

Any advice is appreciated.

Can you go do it yourself? In our county we've had better luck face to face with the appraiser than neighbors that hired firms.

I've found that ownwell does good when they can use comps. I've done better when there's a property condition issue.

Thanks for the replies. I have done my own protests in the past, with differing results.

I will try a firm this time, with a focus on structural flaws.
