We have a 4/4 townhome in south college station that has been a long term rental for the past 3 years for my wife's little brother. He graduated and he and the rest of the guys renting are moving on. We've decided to turn it into an Air BnB given the amount of growth coming to CS and a strong home football schedule coming up.

Few questions and looking for recommendations on:

Cleaning company
Property management
How do you set-up city taxes related to running an Air BnB.

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!

College Station does have some new laws about Airbnb. I don't know how much they enforce it.

Judging by the one down the street from me, not much. That said I've had zero issues so until I do, carry on.
