Think of it as missionary work. They labored in the slothful eastern US athletic conferences and now must meet western standards, so upgrades in dental hygiene, literacy, finance and thinking in general.

Arizona State beat Tech in the last minute of the game by 4 points, and Tech played its worst game of the year with a freshman back up QB making his first start.

Tech has been thin at QB all year. Joey should have brought in an experienced backup in the portal.

It was silly trying to get J-Rod a passing TD, but meaningless. Game is 49-0, and it's not that close.

Morton played one series in the second half, and he's healthy. I'm worried about Terrance Carter Jr's injury, and I hope Bailey is out as a precaution. Those two would be huge losses.

Tech's 4th string QB:

3/4 passing for 25 yards average and two touchdowns.

But yeah, if Morton gets hurt, Tech will have a short stay in the playoff.
