Only one course is semi private and considering the green fees I don't imagine you're getting 4.5 muni rounds if you decided to play the public course.

Las Colinas CC which is next door is a more fun course and in better condition (also gets you access to gleneagles). The management at the Nelson since it left four seasons is really bad too, I've known 2 members that have left.
Unrelated the biggest shock on that list is Bent Tree. This was a fringe 60k course right before covid and now it's getting close to $200k. Obviously it's because of the amount of money they spent but it's also at the same time surprising that they've dropped almost 60 million dollars on the new clubhouse and course in such a short amount of time. Essentially a brand new country club once the course finishes later this year.
