Does anyone have a good site for determining which groove sharpener to use on your wedges/irons?

I bought the sharpener tool but it has 4 or 5 different blades, which one should I use or does it really matter if I am not playing professionally and no one is ever going to check? I just do not want to screw up my irons if I can by using the wrong head.

I currently play Mizuno 919 irons which should be the new conforming groove and Vokey wedges which I think are the new grooves

my wedges and a few irons look like this. I think sharpening would help a little

If you play USGA events, that's a no-no.

thread revive! i've been thinking about using a groove sharpener since i've noticed a lack of bite on my approaches recently (SM6 vokeys, ~30 rounds in 4-5 years). I love these wedges and have never been more accurate but I don't play enough to justify spending $800 on a new set. in an effort to get more life/performance out of them, a few minutes googling turned up this sharpener which claims to be USGA conforming. anyone used it or know someone who has? interested to hear first hand or near first hand reviews as I always take online reviews with a grain of salt.

2. GROOVEX and CONFORMING GROOVES
Needless to say, our initial findings were surprising. Therefore, we found it necessary to conduct additional testing with the GrooVex. The goal was simple: to see if it worked positively with pre-existing conforming grooves.
For this, two wedges were utilized: Titleist Vokey SM5 and Titleist Vokey SM6. Both were manufactured after the 2010 USGA groove rule.
The same testing procedures were implemented. However, we used the GrooVex on both Vokeys.

Especially with the above....I say do it. No one in the world is going to test your grooves, and ethically you're not going to modify your spin so much you have an advantage over buying new wedges every quarter.

If you feel bad taking your friends money on bets, go grab a new similar model vokey, and test it on the sim at PGA and just make sure it's not creating less spin with a new wedge vs your sharpened grooves one. Boom, ethical grey area avoided.

Don't waste your money on a groove tool, just trade them in on a new set of Vokey wedges or the previous model.
