Ecco. Super comfortable
Here. Good fit for guys with Flintstone feet and always super comfortable. We play first off and they are always dry and still stick with no slipping for me.turboag said:

If you dont wear Ecco then eff you!
I have a wide foot and Ecco is the only shoes that works for me. Have worn them for over 10 years without ever wanting to wear a different brand.

Walked 4 rounds this week in California in my New Balance 997 spiked shoes. They felt great. Not stylish at all though

No style for me either. I've been wearing the new balance links sl shoe for a few years and like them a lot, but I'm gonna go over to Scheels today on my lunch break and try on a pair of these Payntr's. Need a new pair of shoes for a Nebraska golf trip in 3 weeks.

Where are you playing in Nebraska? I'm meeting a buddy in Iowa for the corn/Michigan game in September and we need a few suggestions on courses to play while there

definitely did not go in there looking to spend $270 on another pair of shoes.
I switched to Pumas a few years back and completely agree. Very comfortable to walk 18dcrewint said:
Puma golf shoes are solid. More of a tennis shoe feel kinda guy vs. the hard cased Adidas/FootJoy. What I enjoy apart from the comfort is that the tongue stays centered resulting in a good fit. I've had a number of FJ's that slide to towards the ankle which makes the shoe feel loose.
I tried on a pair of stock 001's at Scheels a while back and they were tight on me. Was planning to order the wides off the Payntr website as they didnt have any in stock at the store.Bunk Moreland said:
Does Payntr run narrow, standard, or wide? I'm a slightly wide foot...nothing crazy but I will also get torn up if a shoe is narrow.
