Good start.

On another note I was surprised to see Rachel Heck playing for Stanford. She missed the spring season due to surgery to remove a rib to deal with thorscic outlet syndrome. Deals with shoulder area between the clavicle and first rib.

I doubt she goes tomorrow. Stanford was in real trouble until one of their players birdied 4 in a row coming in.

54 holes cuts to 16 (plus individuals). 72 cuts to 8 (individuals done) for match play.

Yeah that girl was tied for 10th in the individual.

Ags were in control but have dropped 7 shots over last 5 holes. They will make tomorrow without too much of a problem but need to keep themselves well within the Top 8 cut line for after tomorrow.

Weather conditions appear to be perfect. I wonder if they backed up some of the tee boxes as well as more difficult pin placements.

If you watched the men's regional, A&M made up a 14 stroke deficit, most of it on the back nine. Other than Stanford, I don't think there's a sure thing for the top 8.

My guess is that a team even par today will get you in the top 8.
Ags have done that or better 2 of 3 rounds, but need a big recovery after yesterday!
