Driving down from fort Worth to spring on Wednesday, looking for a reasonably priced course that won't be too busy. I can easily take either 45 or 35->6. Where are the best stops?

I have no input on the condition of the course but every time I drive from FW to Austin I see Hidden Creek on the west side of the highway and think it looks like a nice course from the hole and a half I can see.
