They sent me some info-as all discovery projects it will be bad ass. Lots start at 1.3 and dues prob 50k/year

Hoping the bluejack ranch deal will be less

It's already happened. Last I heard there were only a handful of lots still available and you have to own property to join the club.

Can't see the economics of that working as there can't be hundreds and hundreds of lots on that site so unless annual dues are $100k per member, how do they finance the maintenance of a top course.

Hahaha, the economics are exemplary. I don't remember the final lot count but think it's 200-300, all for multi million dollar homes. The real estate deal
Is a home run and the membership is more than capable of sustaining the club at the highest level.

Anyone heard any updates on Pine Ranch? Wild Spring Dunes seems to be coming along pretty quickly, but more interested in Pine Ranch due to proximity.
