There was a multi page thread just recently where people were arguing about liv vs pga so not entirely old hat.

The tour split is one debate, but the players themselves is old news. Koepka didn't bring tears. And another LIV winner wouldn't bring them now. People just want to see all these guys play together more

Bryson seems to have mellowed out some to me and isn't as big of a D bag as he used to be.

But I still don't like watching his golf swing. Just ugly.

Of course. He's an extremely successful pro golfer. Didn't think it needed to be said that he's effective. But you can still find certain guy's swings more aesthetically pleasing than others. I also like watching Adam Scott swing a golf club more than Jim Furyk. But that doesn't mean Furyk isn't a helluva golfer.

I saw this on Twitter earlier this morning somewhere and I completely agree with the take... Why did they not use the closer tee boxes on 13 to let the top of the leaderboard have a legit decision to make about trying to drive the island green or lay up?

Tosti's eagle was awesome earlier. At the current tee boxes only rory and Bryson would have a legit chance and neither will likely take that chance. What a missed opportunity for some Sunday drama.

Scottie about to shoot -16 for three days. One day you are gone he shoots 2 over. Costs himself a shot at the trophy.

I know it was pre planned for him to be gone but I'd feel terrible if I was Ted Scott.

Yeah thats definitely a factor but I have to imagine yesterday was more about scottie finally getting rest and struggling to regain the adrenaline after what has to have been the wildest 24 hours of his life.

Scottie said he was basically running on adrenaline on Friday and it didn't sink in until he had a call with his attorney on Saturday morning. Scott's absence on Saturday was definitely an unfortunate coincidence, as that was probably the day he needed him the most.

Yeah, when you are a straight-laced guy of faith, having a surreal conversation with your lawyer about how to handle your felony and multiple misdemeanor charges has to be pretty rattling. What he did on Friday was flat-out amazing.
