Here is my best summary... this is a lot. There are a lot of options, both for golf and resorts. Assuming in that you are headed to cabo, you know this is going to be expensive.
In no particular order.

Cabo Del Sol - Four Seasons ($$$$), Park Hyatt ($$$$) and Hacienda del Mar ($$$$)
Cabo Real - (not sure what resorts are required to play) - Las Ventanas al Paraso ($$$$$), Hilton Los Cabos ($$$), Zoetry Casa del Mar ($$$), Paradisus Los Cabos ($$$)
Puerto Los Cabos Golf Club- Zadun (Ritz Carlton Reserve)($$$$$), JW Marriott ($$$$), Hotel El Ganzo (not kid friendly), Secrets Puerto Los Cabos ($$$)
Querencia Golf Course - Amazing golf course, and you can rent the condo's / residences at the club ($$$$$)
Diamante - 2 great courses - Hard Rock Resort ($$$$) and Nobu Resort ($$$$$) - limited access to golf
Solmar Golf Links - Grand Solmar Land's End Resort ($$$$), Grand Solmar Pacific Dunes Resort Golf & Spa ($$$$), Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa ($$$$), Solmar Resort ($$$$)
Quivira Golf Club - Amazing golf. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica ($$$), Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach ($$$$), St. Regis at Quivira ($$$$$)
Chileno Bay Los Cabos - Auberge ($$$$)
Rancho San Lucas Golf Club - Residences on site you can rent.
Costa Palmas Golf Club (East Cape - about 1 hour from Cabo) - Four Seasons ($$$$$) and Aman (opening in 2026) ($$$$$+)
I have played Cabo Del Sol, Puerto Los Cabos, Querencia, Diamante, Palmilla, Quivira Golf Club and Chileno Bay Los Cabos.
I would probably play Quivira, Querencia and then Chileno Bay FIRST.
Can comment on Resorts in you want as well.
