Got back from a trip out west were we played lots of Utah desert golf. If you haven't been, it's worth the trip. Had plenty of great/unique golf options. Lots of lodging options, for some reason a lot of the houses in Utah have lots of beds/rooms so the AirBnB options were plentiful.
Day 1: Fly into Vegas and drive 1.5hrs to Mesquite, NV.
Course - Wolf Creek: Tricked up circus golf. Crazy angles, elevations, greens, everything. Really fun because it is so unique, but also very difficult. Yes, there were some 4 putts.

Day 2 morning - Copper Rock: My favorite of the trip. Course was in great shape and had a great layout. The course only opened in 2020. The development around it looks to be taking off. I could see this course becoming a bigger name 5-10yrs down the road. Didn't take too many pictures here. Just a few of my playing partners.

Day 3 morning - Sand Hollow: Good condition and some really neat holes. Lots of 'cliff' holes that were hard to appreciate as you were playing them, was actually better views looking back at the holes once played.

Day 3 morning - Sand Hollow 9hole Links: Didn't even take any pictures. Typical links style course with open fairways, but different in that it was still a desert setting. Conditions were just as nice as the normal Sand Hollow Course.
The PGA event this week is actually in St George (Black Desert course). It's the only big course we didn't get to play, but that was to be expected with the event so close by. Apparently it's also pretty hard to get on without staying on the property.
