AggieEyes, this thread hooked me. I have a 7 7/8 size head and find it very difficult to find desirable fitted caps. Up to now the only acceptable cap I can wear is a New Era 5950 which satisfies my Astros and Titleist needs. The one other cap that works is a Flexfit XL-XXL cap. You can imagine my frustration in buying good caps.
When you make an appropriately sized maroon cap with white "Aggie' script, I'd like one. If it's as good as I anticipate, I will be ordering others in different colors.

As someone with a large noggin as well, Branded Bills makes a 5 panel and 6 panel that fit up to 8in as long as you select Flat on the bill (which can obviously be curved to your liking). I prefer the way Rieti does their embroidery, but first and foremost, the thing needs to fit which these BB's do.

Unfortunately it is a flexible plastic vs embroidered. But it is a very breathable hat that fits a large head well. Really hoping these Rieti guys offer the larger size but getting the sense that may not happen. I know managing inventory and sku count can be tough for these smaller businesses since investing limited capital in too many skus can be what sends a young business underwater, so I don't blame them, but there is a market there.

Our hats are constructed from the interior front panel out. The process is a bit more lengthy as everything is custom per each hat from the interior repeat print to the 3D embroidery. If you're interested the details each hat has to undergo:

Fabric lamination
Inner fabric sublimation (custom designed)
Back 4 panels laser cut,
Side panel patch heat press
Precision 3D front logo embroidery

Most companies use the same template hat and apply a collegiate logo (see below example). This approach works perfectly well however what we're seeing is that the higher end consumer and golf courses are looking for more personal touches with their gear. To develop the below gear for the top rated private courses (Big Easy, Darmor, Lochinvar, etc) you need full customization ability. Can we scale as fast - definitely not but that's never been our goal.

Second pic needs to be reposted - for some reason its displaying upside down.

Are those ball markers magnetic? I bought one back when they came out but I lost on my last round. Think I probably accidentally pulled it out when I was reaching in my pocket for my mulligan ball so that was an extra bad shot.

That Darmor hat, but white, and put a small block ATM or small script Aggies in maroon. Clean, simple, classy. By the way, your logo on the side is exponentially better than BB's.

The best A&M hat that I own is one of the very early Concho rope hats, the ATM logo is not raised, it is flush with the rest of the fabric, and has a maroon outline around the non-beveled, maroon ATM, and the way the stitching to filled in is not just straight threads across the letters but smaller stitches that fill in the white outline. They no longer offer the hat stitched this way, which is a shame, and I wish I had bought 2 when they first came out. The one they have is still flush, but not embroidered the same.

My 2nd favorite is an old Pro-Line A&M hat, back when they still made hats in Fort Worth, that I think would do very well with an updated version, the maroon hat with TEXAS A&M across the front.

Just got my Texas A&M script hat today in mocha color. Really sharp, your team did a great job. Very pleased with the quality.
