After reviewing stats and round data for last year, I decided to allow my 5w and 7w to declare for the portal (i.e., trade-in.) I picked up a 4h from the portal to go with the 3h and 5h that performed better. What bag changes are you making?

I changed from 5w to 3 and 4 hybrid this year. I changed irons for the first time in a couple years, and went to a cb. Now my 4 iron is my 205 club instead of a 5 iron, and I pulled out my gap wedge at 50 degrees because I have a 47 degree PW instead of 44. Gaps are pretty good now.

Hopefully no club changes until my birthday when I buy myself new wedges every year.

I have a good friend looking for a quality used putter. My Scotty Cameron Super Select Squareback 2 was a little outside his price range. If anyone has a good used deal on a decent putter, let me know.

Sent my Ping G400 driver to the portal and secured a very high priced replacement, Ping G440 LST w/ Ventus shaft. Doubtful there will be any more portal activity as my golf club budget has already hit the cap for the year.

Got the Ping G440 SFT last year. Very happy with the switch. The G440 3W and 5W also made it into the bag. Love those clubs.

What's this off-season you speak of? Houston area golf, missed 1 week.. haven't even put on long pants yet!

We had ice, sleet, and 20s last week in the Ark-La-Tex. Sunny with highs in the mid 60s tomorrow. Teetime at 11:30.

ETA: found another club to send to the portal. I doubt anyone here will want it; Cleveland Smart Sole 4 G wedge. Doesn't fit my wedge swing and I'm tired of trying to make it work. It's best to let it go be a starter in someone else's bag.
