Is this guy legit? I've been seeing his stuff pop up on my twitter feed recently and i have to say that I am intrigued.

From everything I can see, yes. He has people that have already bought his stuff, and other order window openings waiting to be delivered. These are supposed to be delivered in May. There's always a risk when buying something from a startup company you see on social media but it's worth the risk. Fwiw I chatted with him a bit and do believe it's legit.

Seems a little scammy to me.

I completely get why you feel that way but the dude has posted enough stuff that overrides that initial feeling, and after chatting for a bit I came away feeling sure it was legit. If not, I'll just get my money back through Amex.

Eh, it's worthwhile to splurge on something nice for yourself every now and again. I'm pretty cheap but occasionally I'll buy myself something nice to have for the next 10+ years. Most of my time and money goes to kids and property maintenance so I am taking a very small slice of my bonus and buying this before I take a very large slice of my bonus and replace my 1000 SQ ft deck.

Its funny how everything is relative to different people. I would not in a million years spend $250 on a belt but wouldnt think twice on a $15k-$20k luxury watch if the deal was right...
