That's not what I meant and apologize for any offense. More about not driving and/or putting yourself (and others) in that situation. He could have killed someone or himself. No excuses on this one with the resources he has available. He already hit rock bottom once addiction wise and comes back for more? Im a Tiger guy but this is on him. Spare me the addiction excuse (again).

I have a friend who makes several beer joint runs each month. If he stays longer than expected and has a few more than he intended, he calls a tow truck to take him and his vehicle home.

One night while being praised for this common sensical idea, he said "I'm not smart. I just don't want to get caught DWI and not be allowed to go to the beer joint any more."

I mentioned this on the Premium thread but I'll mention it here too - (1) Tiger is notoriously cheap. (2) He is an extremely private guy and his circle over time is basically nonexistent. I think those are big reasons that he hasn't done the logical thing and gotten a driver. He doesn't want to pay for it and he doesn't want anyone knowing his business.

I bet he also enjoys driving…fast. All of his accidents involved excessive speed.

Tiger is worth 1.3 billion…he could hire a really good full time 24/7 driver for $200k. Thats like a normal guy paying $200-300 a year for a full time driver

This is all so stupid because the facts are well known. The spotter said "99" for "199" which is very common in golf. On a real course, it's easy to tell the difference but not so easy on a sim. Tiger mistakenly thought he actually meant "99". That's it. That's what happened.

And I love that you think Tiger woods admitted to being massively impaired on live TV yet it wasn't the biggest story in sports for weeks.

Basically is was 192 yard shot, Tiger asked how far, the teammates/caddie said 92. Tiger pulled a wedge and hit it 90 yarfd and finished 100 yard short.

Nothing other than miscommunication and playing indoor vs IRL.

You guys are correct about what exactly happened. My bad. I do know for a fact he admitted to being under the influence at the time. I am not being critical of him, I actually like him. I am just saying the dude has a problem.

I never saw anything of the sort and highly doubt this is true.

I don't think there's any getting off since he denied a test. It's an automatic misdemeanor and suspension of license.

They will release a story about having an incident related to a reaction to new medication or some bull**** like that.
