I was wondering if yall had any information on 2, 3 or 4 man scramble tourneys that are happening around the central Texas area. They could be charity, money, fundraising, or even weekly 9 hole tournaments. I have been bored playing my local course and wanted to try some new ones.

If you have any suggestions outside the central Texas area feel free to tell me about it too

There's a 2 man tournament this weekend in Gonzales. Call the pro-shop to see if they have any openings?

Cinco Ranch and Gleanloch Pines have active Spark Golf league on Thursdays. Jersey Meadows plays Mondays. I've played Spark for years; it's a lot of fun and well organized.

Yes, they do, fun event. Have played several times over the past few years.

Need to get in touch with my golf buds about playing again.

One of the formats they have used is called Superintendent's revenge, where you play a par 4 with only a wedge, off beat stuff like that. Avoided that one.

Every local A&M Club has something across the year. Smaller venues too, meaning Hill Country Ags, Victoria County, Beaumont, Comal County not just Dallas/Houston/SA

I usually post about it here on TexAgs when we get to June/July, but the non-profit I am involved with has a Golf Tournament at Kingwood Country Club every Columbus Day Monday in October. This year it will be Monday October 12th. We always have enough teams to utilize three courses out there (Forest, Lake, Island). There are a few folks here on TexAgs who have played in it over the years. Its a good time.

If you're not on The Grint, I'd definitely get on there and see what events are scheduled.

Squaw Valley in Glen Rose isn't too far and is always hosting tournaments.
