My husband just built me a raised bed garden a few weeks ago. Right now I only have four onion transplants in there. I'm going to plant:
1 jalapeno
1 cayenne
1 pickling cucumber
1 slicing cucumber
1 yellow squash
1 green squash
1 garden bean
1 maroon cherry tomato
1 roma tomato

Several of these will be done vertical garden style (cucumbers, squash, beans).

My garden is only 4x6.



If y'all are interested the book "All New Square Foot Gardening" is a great information source.

I'll prolly throw out the onions first.

I think I am going to try the Florida Weave since all my tomato plants are in a row, it means I don't have to buy cages and I have plenty of unused t-posts

dang it, this thread makes me want to put in a garden. but one of our two dogs likes to eat stuff in the yard, and has dug up stuff in pots before...i'm afraid he'd just eat these too.
