Looking at pouring the concrete for our basketball goal about 18x18x36". Should I be concerned with these temperatures and just wait until next weekend?

I personally wouldn't worry at all about those temps. Especially since it's going deep in the ground and it's going to be warmer in the soil down below grade. Especially for a basketball goal.

The only thing I might wait on is the rain, and even then, would consider just covering it after pouring it (depending on how "finished" you want the top surface).

Pour that sucker!

Pour it. I've poured in much colder and way wetter and for things like shops and barns. It's not as big a deal as peoooe freak out over. You're golden.
