Any idea what something like this could be for ? Renovating the rental property and not sure what it could be for. Shame on me for never noticing it even with growth around it. It's in the middle of the backyard. I've had gas line marked by 811and water comes from the front.

Dig down around one of the legs. Is it in concrete? if so, it could be the remains of a DIY see-saw.

What is the other pipe laying on the ground?

Appears to be a marker of some sort for finding old flag pole pipes and wire of unknown origins.
