We're about to start a kitchen remodel and will be installing a 36" induction range. We are considering a Wolf, but I really don't want to spend that much nor do I know we need something with all those bells and whistles. We're also looking at a Mongram; but it may overkill, too. The other option we're looking at is a Frigidaire.
I'm a pretty good cook, but I'm no expert chef. We host dinner parties occasionally.
This is going to (hopefully) end up being a very nice remodel. Not over the top, but we are trying to do it right. I don't mind spending a bit on the right appliance.
Thoughts? Experiences? Other induction ranges you have experience with we should consider?
