I'd like to pull the trigger on some quality landscape lighting, but wanted to check if there were any suppliers that also offer design and placement help for someone wanting to DIY. Ideally, it would be nice for someone who knows what they are doing to see a picture of my front landscaping and offer best practices, etc.

I was initially going to use Volt, but wanted to see if there were other TexAgs suggestions.

I have not used them but I see Volt is available on https://costconext.com at discounted prices.

I bought a Volt set from Costco and added a handful of extra lights. I'd recommend the LED over the base model. The install was easy.

Try the self service tool on fx lighting website. I put link below you can upload a picture of your house / yard and place lights and it will show you what different fixtures do. Of course fx lights are more expensive but that are good. They have dimming and color changing ones now. Volt is not a bad product for the cost.
