What's your go to hack for getting whatever off or out of whatever it shouldn't be on or in.

Lately I've used Tub o Towels to get all kinds of stuff off. Like it's made with mom spit. Got old dried paint off a window frame and some molding.

Also use peroxide to bubble out the where did that come from blood stains.

Steam. Cleaned about 1000sqft of tile, great for sinks, clogged drains, tubs, toilets, mirrors, granite countertops, even painted baseboards and drywall if used carefully.

Marry someone with a healthy dose of OCD, then give lame positive reinforcement, 'honey, you are so much better at cleaning (fill in the blank) than me.'

don't use corrective lenses. If you can't see dirt, it's clean!

Does this work for grout that is discolored? I normally use grout cleaner and a stiff bristled brush, but that takes a LOT of elbow grease and paying a professional is really expensive (my entire downstairs area minus the master is tile -- we hope to convert it all to wood in the next 6 months).

If it works I may give it a try.
