Our home was inspected by Skinner's Inspections, 210-558-0664 earlier this year.
That's who we were directed to by our lender or realtor. I can't say one way or the other if he is any better than anyone else.

My wife has been in real estate for the last 18 years, Matt is an Aggie and an all around good guy. He has done 100's of inspections for her and I have dealt with him personally many times and he has always been professional.
There are many inspectors who give you the sky is falling routine, to justify their fee. Matt will tell it like it is and is honest about how big a problem it is or how little of a problem it is.
