Anyone else been given one of these? Did you try to fight it? This has to be very difficult for them to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. I guess they would have to get a search warrant to get my call records and even still I have bluetooth, so how could they prove I wasn't using that?

I don't know. I just don't chance it.

What does the actual ticket charge you with? I thought they only have tickets if they see you holding the phone.

Moved to New Braunfels area in January. Travel on business from San Antonio to Austin. I'm fine with the hands free as have used Bluetooth for years (because it made sense rather than government mandating). I do have an issue with not having the phone in one's hand. Both towns can be confusing to drive around and have to take glances at my iPhone GPS.
