I was reading a news update today regarding the family's lawsuit. In the facebook comments, I found a link to the thread below. A dude claiming to be the the prime early suspect, a stalker/ex-boyfriend named Bill, decided to post on the thread. He initially proclaims his innocence and details his whereabouts on the day the body disappeared, but it gets weirder and creepier as the thread progresses. (His posts begin on Page 4)

You should see what happens around page 14 or 15, Julie's brother shows up.

I had to give up for a bit, but I see comments about phone call recordings that this guy had on his facebook between himself and julie. I believe he has since deactivated his profile, but another user put together some transcripts.

Yeah....so that dude is definitely sexing that corpse.

Wow. I think that dude did it and is enjoying keeping her where only he knows where she is at. I think the only way they find her is if he screws up or finally decides to release the family from their pain. Unfortunately, it appears he enjoys their pain too much to ever tell them.

Yeah, I have no doubt. He just re-activated his facebook tonight. He has some pics of himself in a deer blind and I wonder if he could have stashed her out there somewhere.

I feel so bad for her family. If this happened to someone I love, it would take every ounce of my energy to keep myself from annihilating someone like that dude.

And having been around this site for a while, I know you're simply referring to a possible relative connection between the brother and a texags poster. However, I highly doubt there is any significance there.

Googling the brother's address reveals why the search party focused on mcallister park since it's basically his back yard.

Can you explain a little more about this. I think I have been on Texags since 2000, but I am not sure what y'all are talking about.

The weirdo ex-bf is related by marriage to someone who posted a bunch on texags, mostly around 2009 or so. Yes, it's a connection, but said poster is a good man and I don't think his name should be dragged into this.

I had a good chuckle when I looked up weirdo's brother's criminal history. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon...he attacked someone with a sword (the guy has multiple renaissance fair battle pictures on his facebook).

I got through about 25 pages of that and still can't get over it. What a wierd wierd deal.

Fresh post today from Bill is that he's living in Austin in a neighborhood filled with musicians. He even has a show tonight! He also still blames everything on **** Tips and the funeral home; which, side story, isn't Mission Park the owner of the unfinished funeral homes on I-10 and 281? Overall, I see no winners here...

He's enjoying the fact that he's keeping that family as psychological hostages.

He's enjoying the attention and power over the Mott family. Say he did it, I'm surprised how well he's covered up the crime... Honestly shocked nothing has been found.

If Vegas was placing odds on "whodunit" then Bill will be favored with Funeral Home negligence coming in next favored. My money is on Bill.

I somehow just spent about 2 hours reading through that entire thread. Really creepy but more importantly just sad for the family. I can't believe the brother is wasting his time going back and forth with the ex bf.

I really don't know what to believe. I see a lot of talk about evidence with the casket that made police believe that it had been broken and the body was taken. I just haven't seen that directly from a police source.

The dude is creepy enough to do it and he had plenty of time to plan something like this even if he wasn't sure who would be hosting Julie's service after her death.

I do think it's entirely possible for a funeral home to mess up. I would think that a large funeral home like this would cop to a mistake despite how difficult it would be to do so. This is just so odd on all fronts. I would have never allowed that dude anywhere near a family member even after a death.
