Can anyone recommend a pier/beam foundation guy? The house is around 110 years old so I'm not looking for perfection just need to raise a corner and check for rot and termite damage.

On my phone so no link but Google Scott's List in SA. Go down to foundation section and call Reggie Arambula. Great guy. You should look the rest of that list over since you've got an old house.

If you have a good or bad experience with any of those contractors, please email Scott so he can keep list up-to-date.
