It used to be nice but they lowered the standards and now a lot of trash in moving in.

I live in The Dominion and enjoy it. Anxious to do exactly what you're doing and buy some land a bit north or here, but waiting to be assured that traffic can get a bit better before I commit to tacking on 30-60 extra minutes a day of driving.

Lol i dont believe the dominion has trash, maybe the area in general since its nothing but strip malls now

Lot size under 2 acres and home value under $2.5 million = trash. But these are just estimates and size of cans make up for smaller lots and lower values.

By mexicans i mean the aholes from mexico elite that are driving people out of the dominion

so the mexican nationals aka the spaniard mexicans

Dislike of the stereotypical National is pretty much a universally held belief for San Antonians.

The problems with the Dominion are greater than absentee owners though. Late 80s to late 90s custom homes just don't age well and their size makes renovations very expensive so the homes can stay on the market for long periods.
