Been looking for a good place to host a rehearsal dinner in Boerne, preferably something not crazy expensive and that can host up to 30-35 people. Any recommendations?

Check out the Boerne Wine Club on the main drag in Boerne.

Ye Kendall Inn. Currently being renovated but they are close to being finished. Perfect place for it.
Oh and Tapatio Springs. Just a little west of Boerne. Awesome place, great food. They can definitely handle this.
Sorry, I live in Boerne and keep coming up with places. Little Gretel Restaurant is awesome and they would the room on their patio for this size of party. There are actually a lo of great venues inside and outside here with plenty of reasonable local restaurants that could handle the catering.
Welfare cafe would be awesome..
Helene House in Boerne. This only place to host a rehearsal dinner. Staff provided beautiful table settings, excellent service and food was exceptional.
My brother had his at The Grill at Leon Springs and it was excellent. They have a private room in the back that was perfect.
