Is anyone else unable to get UVerse right now? Both my internet and TV are out and the heat map shows a big outage in SA...

I feel your pain. During the Super Bowl, our system was resetting every 20 minutes.

We dumped those *******s back in April. Amazingly, TWC has been cheaper and more reliable. When we first moved to SA in 2008, uverse was incredible. They steadily went downhill.

I've had more problems with uverse in the last two weeks than I did for years before. Another tech is coming out in the morning.
