Selling our house and inspection found a couple of small items that I agreed to address. Can anyone recommend an electrician and a plumber who are likely to be willing to do small jobs? I have gotten some referrals from friends but so far they all seem flakey.

Shafer Services have always been good to us. Finding some dude who has a cousin is cheaper, but they aren't unreasonable, and they are licensed/bonded and warranty their work.

Thanks Whitetail. Is he a plumber or electrician? At this point I have to have licensed contractors do this stuff per the contract.

Call him. He's licensed and does punch list type of stuff for realtors. Jack of all trades. He was 1/3 to 1/4 the quote of the others I tried.

Thanks for this contact, Whitetail! Carlos was very helpful and put me in touch with his subs. That's not what I would expect from a GC. If I have any remodeling work to do in our future home I will definitely be calling Carlos!
