My brother had an accident where he was hit while towing his disabled travel home. His knee was hurt in the wreck. Anyone have any up and coming lawers to recommend?

In all honesty, you might want to contact Thomas J. Henry or some other similar firm; they'll likely take it on contingency and will know how to navigate the insurance defense system.
