I'm thinking of buying a half or quarter cow. Any good recommendations from ranches near San Antonio to buy from? I'd like to pick up myself to save on shipping.

I'm buying a half this year after buying a whole steer the last two years from the same family. Really good beef and processor is good to work with as well.
