Howdy TexAgs,
More than 11 years after starting Mercy Project, I feel called to hand over the reins to a new leader who will bring fresh ideas, energy, and vision to help lead us to the next level of success. Maybe that leader is one of you! I promise you this is more of a calling than a job, and it will seep into your pores and change you in the best ways possible if you will allow it.
No matter where you are in your life or career, I would love for you to consider becoming the next leader of Mercy Project as we use innovation and entrepreneurship to help rescue children from slavery in Ghana. To date we've rescued more than 200 children and returned them to their families. We're positioned to double or even triple that number in the next 5-7 years with the right person at the helm. I will still be involved as CEO Emeritus and a member of the board, and I cannot wait to cheer on the next leader as this transformational work continues.
If you're not the right fit for the job, will you please take two minutes to share with someone who might be? That would mean the world to me. Thanks for all the support over the years--we ain't done yet

Thanks and gig 'em, Ags!
