Wondering if anyone has insight into pool costs these days. I know that's a super broad question, but prices have been crazy high. Has anyone noticed the costs/market cooling on pool costs?

I was told by a friend of mine the average cost for them to build a 15x30 pool is 70k ie 100k for the home owner. Up 35% from 2020.

We want to build but he advised to wait to see what happens with the markets later this year or next. Supply is the primary driver as well as concrete issues.
