My son has a 2018 Mazda 3 that he is looking to have serviced somewhere other than the dealer. He lives in Schertz by the racetrack, but works NB.

Any suggestions? Christian Bros (at lest the one I use) does good work but are as expensive as a dealership.

TWs off of 35 has always treated me right. Ive also use quick align on Walnut in NB. They do full service.

B & C in NB but it can take awhile to get in and we also use precision alignment on business 35 for repairs.

I have used Woody's Garage (just off Pat Booker, on Byrd Ave) for over 30 years. They do awesome work and sometimes turn down work when it's not needed. (e.g. I thought it was time for a brake job, he told me I had lots of life left in them. There have been other examples, I just can't remember the issue.)

I second Woody's Garage. We had a similar experience in that they only fixed what needed to be fixed. It ended up costing less then half of what the dealer had quoted us for repair work on a Highlander.
