Our baseball tournament is possibly moving from round rock to San Antonio this weekend due to weather. Any hotel recommendations near McAllister Park? Preferably somewhere safe where I won't end up dead or have my truck stolen. Tia for any help

Anywhere to the north and west of McAllister is fine. The near east and south of McAllister is industrial and a little run down so I'd avoid that area. You won't end up dead, but you can have your truck stolen no matter where you stay.

Drury Inn and Suites near 1604 and 281 has breakfast and dinner that comes w the room. Pretty sure.

There is a Marriott courtyard in E. Sonterra just east of 281 that is pretty nice. Still within about 5-8 minutes of McAllister Park.

Also has Embers. Great restaurant and bar right there in the same parking lot.
