Dominion I believe is a Mission Park funeral home. Not sure if open but been under construction for years.

Funeral homes. There are 4-5 that just finished or are under construction. Looks like the developers ran into some cash troubles as they really slowed the construction down for a bit but they're back working again it looks like.

BBQ Station? What doesn't seem legit about that place? It's good and does a lot of business.

Not that one. BBQ Station is at 410 and Harry Wurzbach.

The place in question is on Perrin Bietel across the street from Chachos. It took them about five years to turn a place into a BBQ place that was only open about two months.

It was Goodfire BBQ for a bit and I think they tried to make it into a seafood place at one point. Was owned by the same group that owned Chacho's.

Ah gotcha my bad.

I believe there was going to be a plan to widen ih10 about 20yrs ago and the state I guess was supposed to pay out big $$ to all the businesses in the ROW. I think they mission park or one of the other funeral homes tried to slap something up as quickly as possible to try to get more $$ and the 2008 hit and all that went out the window and they were stuck with a half built building. I may be 100% wrong on this but, that's what I thought I remembered happening.

So that would make sense with the one on I-10 and the one on 281. I wonder what the angle is with 1604? I wonder if he made the same attempt at getting a piece of the pie when the plan to widen 1604 was being planned but they screwed him when they started construction at Bandera instead of Braun?
